Conjunction 2010 is a Contemporary Arts Biennial in Stoke-on-Trent. This year’s festival will be based on responses to a thematic related to interpretations of the term Escape.
Conjunction will open on the 15th October 2010 at 6pm and will run from the 16th October for a period of six weeks.

Untitled Gallery, Manchester
Untitled Gallery presents Becoming a Memory, a new exhibition of works by Manchester-based photographer Roxana Allison. Open since May 2010, Untitled Gallery is an exhibition space in the basement of the Friends’ Meeting House, a Grade II listed building dating from 1828. Untitled Gallery opened with Untendable, a solo show of new works by New-Zealand born artist Paul Donald.

exposures: new talent in moving image is encouraging all student filmmakers to enter their work for the 2010 edition of the UK’s leading student film and moving image festival.
The festival, now in its 17th year, takes place each November in Manchester. It represents a major opportunity for student filmmakers to have their work seen by key people in the industry which, in 2009, included Shameless creator and festival patron, Paul Abbott; and renowned producer Sita Williams (The Street).
