Do you create moving images?
Blank Media is looking for films, videos, animations, video art, motion graphics, experimental video work. We are looking for work to include on our monthly DVD and also our regular screenings at various festivals, events and exhibitions.
Work can be submitted on any format. DVD, Mini DV, VHS, VCD, 8mm, Super-8 and the various digital formats.
Blank Media are always looking for new and exciting acts to promote through our monthly audio/visual events, Blank Media Presents…, taking place on the fourth Saturday of every month at Fuel Cafe Bar in Withington, Manchester. Blank Media Presents… is an eclectic night of live music, film, art, creativity and cake(!) promoting emerging bands, musicians and artists locally and nationally.
Blank Media are looking to build upon our dedicated team of volunteers to enhance and support the growing reputation of the organisation.
Blank Media promotes the creativity and artistic practices of emerging artists around the UK and internationally. We aim to give the opportunity to creative people who may not usually get the chance to show work and enable these people to have a future within the arts. We enjoy creating innovative events, which challenge the audience’s perceptions of the arts and creativity.
