It's getting to that time of year again when we start looking back. But there's so much just around the corner for Blank Media Collective that we just can't help looking ahead.
November's blankpages is all about introductions. Our new editorial team have each contributed this month. Abigail Ledger-Lomas and Kevin Bradshaw treat us to some of their own work, and our new Editorial Assistant, Matt Hull, highlights Pavement's current window display of several Lawrence Weiner pieces here in Manchester. As ever we're presenting the sterling work of emerging practitioners - in the shape of clare makes films and Jude Macpherson - talking about Japanese creative revelations and the infinite patterns of cosmic abstraction respectively.
This month's mp3 from Old House Playground is a taster for our blankpages Presents... gig at Kro Bar on 12th November (part of BlankWeekend), where not only will there be music, but poetry, improvisation and performance.
Plenty to look forward to!

As Blank Media Collective enters its fifth year of supporting the work of emerging artists from the UK and beyond, BlankWeekend champions these exciting individuals and events and introduces inspiring new projects and future greats. A celebration of all things Blank since 2006 and a toast to things to come!
Take an innovative urban art trail through the city, accessible 24 hours a day, experiencing work in prominent window displays. Engage with unexpected live performances in bustling undisclosed city centre locations. All this plus a literary night out, BlankSounds gig, photographic exhibition and artist-led workshop. This is truly the biggest project Blank Media Collective have yet undertaken.
